Lysha has now placed me in my last 2 roles, and her approach was excellent in both instances. She is the most professional 'rec to rec' consultant I have worked with, she listens to your needs and then matches those to her client profiles, rather than trying a scattered approach and sending you to places that you don't want to go/don't match.
